CICC Retainer Agreements: Full representation for Express Entry, PNP, Spousal Sponsorship, Study/Work Permits, Procedural Fairness Letters, or Appeals requires a signed Retainer Agreement detailing professional service milestones and fee schedules. Client Account & Trust Compliance: Unearned client retainer funds are deposited and held securely in accordance with CICC Client Account Regulations until professional milestone deliverables are completed. Government Processing & Biometric Fees: Statutory fees payable directly to the Receiver General for Canada (e.g. IRCC processing fees, Right of Permanent Residence Fees - RPRF, biometrics, language tests, ECA reports) are separate from professional consultation fees.
